ORLANDO, FL (April 16, 2025) – Insight Credit Union has been made aware that Visa experienced an issue that resulted in duplicated transactions for some cardholders.

If a member used their debit card between Friday, April 11 and Sunday, April 13, we encourage them to read the following information as it may be impactful.

Visa has confirmed that they experienced an issue on their end over the weekend. This issue resulted in issuers duplicating charges to their cardholders. Please be aware that Insight Credit Union is working with Visa to refund impacted accounts. We ask that members do not dispute the charges as this may affect the initial payment.

Insight Credit Union will continue to work with Visa and our processor regarding this issue until all duplicated transactions are reversed and are refunded appropriately.  We will provide additional information as it becomes available and upon resolution of this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
