Phone Banking​

With Phone Banking, access to your account informaiton is only a phone call away. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your member number, and your PIN or persoanl identification number. Then just dial 407.426.6000 and select Option 1. It's that simple.

Phone Banking lets you check your balances and pending transactions, transfer funds from one account to another, and even make loan payments. Need to stop payment on a check, or get your loan payoff amount? You can do both with Phone Banking. And that's just the beginning.

• Phone Banking is secure. Only you know your PIN and you can change it as often as you like - any time you call.
• Phone Banking is flexible. If you need assistance in the middle of a call during normal business hours, you can transfer to a Financial Services Representative for help.
• Phone Banking is free*. It's just on of the many convenient services provided at not cost to Insight Credit Union members.
