Branch Services

We continue to do everything possible to balance the health and safety of our employees, you our members and the community, while continuing to providing exceptional service. Due to the ongoing labor shortage and current COVID-19 variant concerns, we are making modifications to our branch services. Here is how we continue to serve your financial needs.

Lobby Availability

Beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021, the lobbies at some Insight Offices will be open by appointment only, while others will remain open to serve a limited capacity at one time.

On Saturdays, those branches with Saturday hours are open by appointment only with the exception of our Osceola Parkway and Wekiva Offices. Schedule an appointment today.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends people in areas of substantial – or high-transmission risk wear face coverings over their noses and mouths when in pubic, indoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status.

As of August 9, 2021, Insight Credit Union is requiring employees, regardless of their vaccination status, to wear face coverings over their noses and mouths while inside any Insight location.  

  • We encourage all to do their part to slow the spread of COVID-19 by wearing face coverings while inside all Insight locations.
  • Visitors and employees should remain physically distanced from others while inside any Insight location. The number of visitors inside the branch will be limited. You may be asked to wait outside if we are over capacity.
  • If you are feeling sick, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, we can help you manage your accounts online or by phone.

Cleaning and Sanitization Practices

  • We have implemented additional thorough, ongoing cleaning and sanitization of all branch surfaces and materials.
  • All branch employees are required to wear masks for your protection.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available in branch lobbies.

Drive-Thru Service

Beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021, all Insight Offices with drive-thru windows will be operating with regular business hours. Conduct the following transactions right from the safety of your vehicle:

  • Withdrawals and Deposits
  • Payments
  • Cash Advances
  • Cashier’s Checks  
  • Money Orders

Automated Options

Insight Online, our Mobile Banking app and Phone Banking are available 24/7 and remain the safest ways to access your account information and conduct transactions.
