Our Response to COVID-19

We continue to do everything possible to balance the health and safety of our employees, you our members and the community, while continuing to providing exceptional service.

Branch Services Update

We have made modifications to our branch services. Here is how we continue to serve you.

Lobby Availability

The lobbies at many Insight Offices are open Monday through Friday to serve a limited capacity at one time. On Saturdays, those branches with Saturday hours will remain open by appointment only.

Our DeLand Office and the lobby of our Winter Springs Office are open by appointment only. Schedule an appointment today. Our Ocala and Osceola Parkway Offices continue to offer drive-thru services only. Our Vista Lakes and Wildwood Offices are currently closed. Important Note: All Insight Credit Union Offices will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2021, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr., Day. 

For your safety and the safety of our team members we have established the following guidelines:

  • Face coverings are required inside every location for all visitors, except for children up to two years old. You may be asked to momentarily lower your covering and present a photo ID to confirm your identity.
  • The number of visitors inside the branch will be limited. You may be asked to wait outside if we are over capacity.
  • If you are feeling sick, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, we can help you manage your accounts online or by phone.

Cleaning and Sanitization Practices

  • We have implemented additional thorough, ongoing cleaning and sanitization of all branch surfaces and materials.
  • All branch employees are required to wear masks for your protection.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available in branch lobbies.
  • If you are feeling sick, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, we can help you manage your accounts online or by phone.

Our locations with drive-thru windows continue to operate with regular business hours. Conduct the following transactions right from the safety of your vehicle:
