Our Response to COVID-19

The health and safety of our employees, you our members and our community remain our top priority. We continue to follow the recommendations for businesses that have been issued by the Centers for Disease Control and other health organizations. In response to those guidelines, we are making modifications to some of our branch services starting Monday, April 6, 2020.

Modified Branch Services

Drive-Thru Service

Our locations with drive-thru windows will have new hours of operation starting Monday, April 6, 2020.

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
  • Saturday - 9am - Noon (For locations with Saturday hours.)

 We can help you with the following transactions: withdrawals and deposits, payments, cash advances, cashiers checks and money orders.

Branch Lobby Appointments

Branch lobby access including our Wekiva Office is currently by appointment only. Starting Monday, April 6, 2020 all branch lobbies will have new hours of operation for members who need to access their Safe Deposit Box, send a wire transfer, get an Instant Issue Debit Card, open an account or close on a loan.

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
  • Saturday 9am - Noon (For locations with Saturday hours.)

Important Note: Our Wekiva Office will no longer have Saturday hours starting Saturday, April 11, 2020.

Member Support Center

Our Member Support Center is operating with normal business hours.

  • Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
  • Saturday 9am - Noon

Closed Branches

The following branches are currently closed and will not be accepting appointments:

  • Leesburg Office - located at 300 Webster St.

We understand that some of our members will be hard-hit by the abrupt cancellation of school, conventions, sporting events, and community gatherings. If you are experiencing financial hardships, please contact us at 407.426.6000 or toll-free 888.843.8328. Our goal is to assist you and all of our membership through these challenging times.

Insight Online, our Mobile Banking app and Phone Banking are available 24/7 and remain the safest ways to access your account information and conduct transactions.

What We’re Doing for Employees

We’re expanding our capacity for employees to work remotely. Insight Credit Union is also working with employees who are dealing with unexpected closures of schools and daycare centers. We’re also taking extra precautions to ensure our workspaces are clean and safe as possible.
