Our Response to COVID-19

We continue to do everything possible to balance the health and safety of our employees, you our members and the community, while continuing to providing exceptional service.

2021 Economic Impact Payments

The federal government has indicated that distribution of economic impact payments or stimulus checks for qualified households will begin soon. These payments will come directly from the IRS; therefore, the IRS website is the best source for more information.

The IRS will use the financial institution and account information provided on your most recent tax return to deposit the funds electronically. We encourage members to set up deposit alert notifications in Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app, so you’ll know when funds are deposited. If you didn’t provide direct deposit information, the IRS will mail a paper check or prepaid debit card to the address listed on the last tax return you filed.

Branch Services

We have made modifications to our branch services. Here is how we continue to serve you.

Lobby Availability

The lobbies at many Insight Offices are open Monday through Friday to serve a limited capacity at one time. On Saturdays, those branches with Saturday hours will remain open by appointment only.

Our Ocala Office is now open with no appointment necessary. Our DeLand Office and the lobbies of our Wildwood and Winter Springs Offices are open by appointment only. Schedule an appointment today. Our Osceola Parkway coninues to offer drive-thru services only at this time. Our Vista Lakes Office is currently closed. Please visit our Branch Locator to find another branch near you.

For your safety and the safety of our team members we have established the following guidelines:

  • Face coverings are required inside every location for all visitors, except for children up to two years old. You may be asked to momentarily lower your covering and present a photo ID to confirm your identity.
  • The number of visitors inside the branch will be limited. You may be asked to wait outside if we are over capacity.
  • If you are feeling sick, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days, we can help you manage your accounts online or by phone.

Cleaning and Sanitization Practices

  • We have implemented additional thorough, ongoing cleaning and sanitization of all branch surfaces and materials.
  • All branch employees are required to wear masks for your protection.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available in branch lobbies.

Drive-Thru Service

The Vista Lakes Office is currently closed. All other Insight locations with drive-thru windows continue to operate with regular business hours. Conduct the following transactions right from the safety of your vehicle:
