Insight Credit Union to Launch New Credit Card Interface in Online Banking

May 28, 2024

ORLANDO, FL (May 28, 2024) - Insight Credit Union will introduce a new, easy-to-navigate application within Insight Online for accessing your credit card information. The new solution provides a modern interface with all the functionality you’re used to, plus new features to optimize your experience, including:

  • Card Activation / Request Card Replacement
  • Change PIN
  • Create PIN

To ensure a seamless transition, members will not be able to access their credit card information starting Thursday evening, June 20, 2024, until early Monday, June 24, 2024. We ask members to please plan accordingly.  During this time, credit cards will continue to work as they should.

Important Payment Information

  • All payments processed before the end of business on Thursday, June 20 will process as they do currently.
  • All payments made at a branch Friday or Saturday, June 21-22 will be posted on Monday, June 24.  Once processed, these payments will have an effective date of the date they were originally made. Members will not see a change to the available credit on their card until Tuesday morning.

When members log into Insight Online for the first time, they will automatically be redirected to a new application and no further action will be required. It’s that easy!

For those members who access credit card information outside of Insight Online, they will be redirected to a new login page. Here, they’ll be able to access their account with their existing username and password.

Please note, if the current website is bookmarked, or favorited, we ask members to update to the new site.
