ORLANDO, FL (September 1, 2021) - Insight Credit Union is pleased to introduce Video Banking, a new digital personal experience that gives members the flexibility to bank when, where and how it’s most convenient. Video Banking combines face-to-face service with modern convenience and is available by initiating a session through the Insight website.
Video Banking allows callers to facilitate transactions such as account opening, loan or credit card applications, stop payments, routine account maintenance, document exchange and more all while on a secure face-to-face video chat with an Insight team member.
