Insight Credit Union Launches New Digital Banking Experience

ORLANDO, FL (June 11, 2025) – Insight Credit Union is pleased to announce the new digital banking system is now available.
Combining members’ online and mobile banking solutions into a single platform makes money management easier than ever!
In addition to our current offerings through online banking such as remote deposit, bill pay, and Zelle®, the new solution adds some great features like chat, credit score monitoring, enhanced security features, and much more.
Our goal was to make this process as smooth as possible, while protecting member data. The following tips were designed to aid in accessing the new system.
First Time Logging In
Members can sign-in for the first time any way they choose – on a desktop, tablet or mobile device!
Sign-On or User ID’s and passwords remain the same.
Members will use a one-time passcode the first time they login in, which will be sent via SMS text message or a voice call.
Important Mobile App Info
An upgrade has been released in the app stores. Members will need to complete the download before logging in for the first time.
Those members who use fingerprint or Face ID will need to re-establish those biometrics up on first login.
Instant Balance is called Fast Balance in the new app and members who use it will need to re-establish their list of accounts.
Navigating the New System
We’ve made it even easier to find what members need in the new system no matter what device they’re using!
AccountsFind transaction history, access statements, place stop payments, download export files and more. |
TransfersTransfer funds for loan payment, to other Insight members and to accounts outside the credit union. |
PaymentsAccess the bill pay Payment Center, schedule payments, view bill payment history and eBills. |
Zelle®Get to Zelle® even faster and send money to friends and family with a few simple clicks! |
