ORLANDO, FL (February 4, 2025) – Insight Credit Union is pleased to announce the launch of the 2025 Member Relationship Survey.
“In our efforts to continually improve our offerings, we are working with an independent research firm to gather information from our members,” said George Davis, president and chief executive officer. “The confidential responses collected in the relationship survey will help us learn what we are doing well, and where we need to improve.”
In the coming days, members may receive an email from our survey partner with a link to participate. The email will come from insightcreditunion@qemailserver.com. Members are asked to take time to share their candid thoughts and opinions. Please note, at no point will the survey request any personal information such as account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive details.
